New construction or an addition? We install new roofing systems from scratch. Decking inspection, ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, ventilation calculations, and whatever material you want on top. Shingles, metal, or flat.
Metal Roofing
Standing seam metal roofing with Kynar 500/Hylar 5000 PVDF finish. The coating that keeps color for 40+ years without fading or chalking. We install Sheffield Metals and McElroy Metal panels in 24-gauge Galvalume steel with concealed Z-clips. UL 2218 Class 4 impact resistance. UL 790 Class A fire rating. Wind uplift tested to ASTM E1592. The only roof you'll ever need in Perdido.
Shingle Roofing
Designer shingles like GAF Camelot and Owens Corning Berkshire mimic slate and cedar shake. Higher cost than standard architectural, but the look is incredible. We install all designer profiles in Perdido.
Flat Roofing
We repair and install flat roofs on Perdido homes, garages, commercial buildings, and additions. TPO for reflectivity, EPDM for budget, PVC for chemical resistance near restaurants and kitchens.
Commercial Roofing
We install Carlisle SynTec TPO and EPDM membrane systems with full Carlisle manufacturer warranties. Our Perdido commercial roofing crews are factory-trained and authorized. TPO seams are hot-air welded at 900+ degrees. The weld is stronger than the membrane itself. Ponding water? We install tapered ISO insulation to create positive drainage per NRCA guidelines.
Gutter Installation
Half-round copper gutters with round downspouts. That's the premium install. We solder joints on-site using 50/50 tin-lead solder. Copper develops a natural patina in Alabama's climate within 5-7 years. For aluminum, we use Spectra Metals .027 gauge seamless with Raytec hidden hangers rated to hold 25 lbs per linear foot of ice and debris load.
Roof Inspection
Roof inspections after a storm are free. Always. We document hail hits, wind damage, and any pre-existing issues so your insurance claim is accurate and complete.
Emergency Roof Repair
Emergency tarping is the first priority. We cover the exposed area to stop water entry, then schedule the permanent repair once conditions allow. We don't charge extra for emergency tarp jobs. It's part of the repair cost.
Skylight Installation
Vented skylights open to let hot air escape. Great for kitchens and bathrooms in Perdido. Fixed skylights are cheaper and simpler. Solar-powered options from VELUX qualify for the federal 30% tax credit through 2032.
